More than 80 A-share companies have submitted applications to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange within the year.
A-share companies seeking a listing in Hong Kong are lining up at the "door" of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Recently, following the A-share leading protein drug company Kangxin Pharmaceutical submitting an application for a listing in Hong Kong, A-share medical device leader Mindray Medical also officially submitted an application for a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to incomplete statistics from reporters, more than 80 A-share listed companies have submitted applications for listing in Hong Kong this year. Zhuang Yan, President of the Hong Kong Science and Innovation Integration Association, told reporters, "A-share companies with business volume going public in Hong Kong is a recent market hot spot. We have noted that the Hong Kong SAR government recently established a special team and service center to support and assist mainland enterprises in going global."
