Clear Medical (01406): Special Committee on Restructuring and Independent Special Committee on Restructuring

Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Qingxi Medical (01406) announced that the board of directors made the following resolutions at the meeting held on November 11, 2025: (1) Immediately terminate the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Hong Kong Limited as the forensic adviser to the special committee; (2) Immediately restructure the special committee, with Ci Ying (appointed as an independent non-executive director on June 25, 2025) and Dr. Chen Pu Jian (newly appointed as an independent non-executive director at the relevant board meeting) replacing Ms. Zheng and Mr. Wang as members; and (3) Immediately restructure the Independent Special Committee, with Mr. Zheng Yuling and Mr. Wang Can no longer serving as members, and Dr. Chen Pu Jian joining as a new member. After this restructuring, the committee will be composed of Li Jinhong (Chairman), Ms. Ci, and Dr. Chen Pu Jian.
