Baode International Development (00372.HK): Guangxi Linghang International Logistics plans to invest 282 million yuan to subscribe for 31.97% of Guangming's diluted equity.

Zhixin Financial News App reported that Baode International Development (00372.HK) announced that on November 11, 2025, its non-wholly owned subsidiary Guangxi Guangming Port Warehousing Co., Ltd. (Guangming), established in China, has entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with state-owned enterprise Guangxi Linghang International Logistics Co., Ltd. (Potential Subscriber), regarding the potential subscription by the Potential Subscriber for 31.97% of the diluted equity of Guangming through a proposed subscription amount of RMB 282 million. The net proceeds from the potential subscription will be used to repay outstanding debts.
