Ukraine's Kharkiv and two other states implement emergency power outage measures.

On the 11th local time, the Ukrainian national power company announced that emergency power outages had been implemented in the Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava regions. The Ukrainian national power company pointed out that the reason for the emergency power outages was the previous Russian shelling that caused the energy system to collapse. The company stated that the previously announced hourly power outage schedule in these areas is temporarily suspended, and after the emergency power outages end, all users will resume the hourly power outage schedule.
