Typhoon "Phoenix" is expected to make landfall again tomorrow. The Fujian Maritime Bureau has initiated a level two emergency response.

According to the Central Meteorological Observatory, at 16:00 on November 11th, this year's 26th typhoon "Fenghuang" was about 290 kilometers southwest of Cape Eluanbi, Taiwan. The center was located at 20.2 degrees north latitude and 118.7 degrees east longitude, with maximum wind force of 12 levels and intensity level of typhoon. It is expected to move towards the northeast at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity, and is expected to make landfall again on the southwest coast of Taiwan Island in the afternoon to night of the 12th. From 14:00 on the 11th to 14:00 on the 12th, Fujian coastal areas and Taiwan Island coastal areas will experience strong winds of 6-8 levels, gusts of 9-10 levels, with wind force reaching 9-11 levels and gusts of 12-13 levels in the Taiwan Strait and Bashi Channel. Wind force can reach 12 levels with gusts of 13-14 levels in the nearby sea areas and regions where the center of Typhoon "Fenghuang" passes through. As of 16:00 on the 11th, 69 passenger ferry routes and 180 passenger ferries along the coast of Fujian have been suspended due to the typhoon. Among them, four cross-strait "small three links" passenger ferry routes are still suspended, and except for two civil emergency routes in Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou, and Putian, all other passenger ferry routes have been suspended. 124 water construction projects have been halted, with 295 construction vessels suspended. The Fujian Maritime Bureau initiated a level two emergency response to the typhoon at 7:00 on the 11th, seizing the final window period before the arrival of the typhoon to achieve the four levels of "traffic flow, ships, personnel, and duty."
