Shanghai Electric Power Announcement: The company held the eighth session of the tenth board of directors meeting on November 11, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on the Purchase of Assets and Related Party Transactions by Wholly-owned Subsidiaries." It was agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary Kunshan Huli Micro-Electric Co., Ltd. would purchase a production plant located in the Kunshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone from the related party Kunshan Xianchuang Electronics Co., Ltd. for no more than 95 million yuan. The building area of the plant is 47,231.43 square meters, and the land use rights area is 26,800 square meters. This transaction aims to meet the production and operation needs as well as long-term development of Huli Micro-Electric, and authorizes the company's management to be fully responsible for specific matters.
