Reedek announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Aoyi Technology, planning to jointly invest in establishing Zhejiang Leaao Robot Co., Ltd., to jointly carry out the research and application of robot dexterous hand related components, dexterous hand modules, robot joint actuators and other related technologies. The registered capital is 100 million yuan, with the company planning to invest 90 million yuan, accounting for 90%. The joint venture company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and be included in the consolidated financial statements. In addition, Zhejiang Leaao Robot plans to purchase robot core component products from Aoyi Technology, with an estimated total amount of non-tax transactions not exceeding 10 million yuan in the next 12 months. At the same time, the company plans to sell mechanical structural components products to Aoyi Technology for no more than 3 million yuan in the next 12 months.
