The "Plan" focuses on the goal of "smooth circulation of the real economy", constructs a three-dimensional implementation path of "solid foundation - two-way opening - value release", and focuses on solving the pain points in traditional logistics such as "fragmented links, lagging information, and mismatches of resources", and promotes the empowement of data elements to the reconstruction of the logistics industry chain.
