Zhtng Cijng APP News, Manor Ranch (002910.SZ) released an announcement that the company plans to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, East Dairy (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "East Dairy"), by 120 million yuan with its own funds to meet the business development needs of East Dairy. After this increase, the registered capital of East Dairy will increase from 10 million yuan to 130 million yuan.
