The Mergers and Acquisitions Training Conference of the "Golden Honey Lake Finance+" series of events was held.

On November 11th, more than 180 representatives from Shenzhen-listed companies, securities firms, private equity institutions, and regulatory departments gathered at the Shenzhen International Innovation Center to participate in the "Golden Horn Lake Financial +" M&A training conference, discussing M&A policy dividends and operational paths. The event was organized by the Office of the Financial Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, and the People's Government of Futian District, Shenzhen, with the joint sponsorship of the Shenzhen Listed Companies Association and several other organizations. At the conference, the Financial Office of the Municipal Party Committee interpreted the "Action Plan for Promoting High-quality Development of Mergers and Acquisitions in Shenzhen" in depth, experts from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange analyzed the regulatory policies, latest cases, and review points since the implementation of the "Six Measures for Mergers and Acquisitions", and the Shenzhen Financial Regulatory Bureau explained the arrangements for M&A loans. The on-site "Golden Horn Lake M&A Service Workstation" plaque unveiling ceremony was held simultaneously, and the M&A financial services product system was released. It is understood that this event is just the beginning of a series of M&A service activities organized by the Shenzhen Listed Companies Association, which will be followed by a series of M&A business salons, small-scale matchmaking meetings, and special lectures to help Shenzhen create a more favorable ecosystem for global M&A investment.
