Standard & Poor's: Assigns BB- long-term issue rating to Fosun International's (00656.HK) proposed Euro notes issuance

On November 10, Standard & Poor's granted a long-term issue rating of "BB-" to the senior unsecured notes denominated in euros to be issued by Fosun International Ltd. (referred to as "Fosun International" 00656.HK). The notes are to be issued by a special purpose entity of Fosun International, Fortune Star (BVI) Ltd., with unconditional and irrevocable guarantee provided by Fosun International.
