Today, the joint investigation team of the Baise Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government of Guangxi issued a bulletin: Recently, the Lingyun County Public Security Bureau of Baise City received a report from the masses that they were sexually assaulted after drinking. After receiving the report, the Lingyun County Public Security Bureau promptly filed a case for investigation according to law. Because the case involves violations of discipline and law by public officials, the municipal party committee and government have established a joint investigation team to conduct work, and the Public Security Department of the autonomous region and other departments have sent personnel to the scene to guide the investigation and handling of the case. After preliminary investigation, public officials Laomou and Nongmou of Lingyun County were suspected of sexually assaulting two women who were drinking together after they were drunk, and Xuemou was suspected of participating in the crime.
