Today's news, Emmanuel LaMacchia, the project manager of Tesla Model Y, announced his resignation on LinkedIn. Tesla Model Y was the best-selling model globally in 2023 and 2024. On the same day as LaMacchia's resignation, the project manager of Tesla Cybertruck also announced his resignation. In the past year, there have been successive resignations of project managers at Tesla, including the project manager of Model 3, as well as the project managers of Model S and Model X.
