IDC: The shipment volume of foldable screen smartphones in China in the third quarter increased by 17.8% year-on-year.

The latest quarterly tracking report from International Data Corporation shows that in the third quarter of 2025, the Chinese foldable phone market saw a significant rebound, with shipments reaching 2.63 million units, an increase of 17.8% year-on-year. In the first three quarters of this year, the cumulative shipments of foldable phones in China reached 7.62 million units, a year-on-year increase of 14.3%. It is expected that the shipments of foldable phones in the Chinese market will approach ten million in 2025, continuing the growth trend.
