The Central Meteorological Observatory continues to issue a yellow typhoon warning at 10:00 on November 11th: The center of Typhoon "Fenghuang", the 26th typhoon of the year, was located at 8:00 this morning on the northeast sea surface of the South China Sea, about 385 kilometers southwest of Cape Eluanbi, Taiwan Island, specifically at 19.5 degrees north latitude and 118.2 degrees east longitude, with maximum wind force near the center reaching level 12, minimum central pressure of 970 hectopascals, a seven-level wind circle radius of 380-480 kilometers, a ten-level wind circle radius of 180-220 kilometers, and a twelve-level wind circle radius of 80 kilometers. It is expected that "Fenghuang" will move in a north-northeast direction at a speed of around 10 kilometers per hour, maintaining its intensity during the day on the 11th, gradually turning towards the northeast at night on the 11th, weakening gradually, and will make landfall again in the southwest coastal area of Taiwan Island in the afternoon to night of the 12th, quickly weakening afterwards.
