Shandong Zhengfang Holdings Group applies to list 2.466 billion RMB bonds on the Australian Stock Exchange MOX.

On November 11, Shandong Zhengfang Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shandong Zhengfang Holdings Group") announced that the application for listing of bonds issued to professional investors (as defined in Section 2.1.6 of the Macau Monetary Authority's Guidelines for the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds) has been submitted to the China (Macau) Financial Asset Trading Co., Ltd. (MOX) as stated in the information memorandum dated November 5, 2025. The mentioned bonds are approved for listing and trading on November 11, 2025.
