The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, abbreviated as "Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China", has issued Reg S, 3-year, US dollar-denominated senior unsecured fixed-rate digital native green notes with a rating of Aa3 stable by Moody's, AA+ stable by S&P, and AA- stable by Fitch.
