Wisdom Finance APP News, International Business Settlements (00147) announced that on November 10, 2025, the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary Keen Golden signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sharpening Technology. The agreement will be valid for one year starting from November 10, 2025. According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, Sharpening Technology will provide cloud computing mining services, with a total service amount not exceeding 100 million US dollars (approximately 780 million Hong Kong dollars). The parties to the agreement will negotiate on the terms of each procurement and separately enter into a formal cloud computing service agreement.
