Sichuan Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway (00107.HK): Chengya Expressway Company signs engineering contract with China Huaxi

Intelligence Financial News APP, Sichuan Chengyu Expressway (00107.HK) announced that the company has established a joint venture company with China Huaxi, CRCC Group, Road and Bridge Group, and Gaolu Information to be responsible for the construction, operation, management, and handover of the expansion project of the Chengya Expressway. Regarding the construction of the Chengya Expressway expansion project, the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Chengya Expressway Company, signed an engineering contract with China Huaxi on October 17, 2025; and on November 10, 2025 respectively signed engineering contracts with CRCC Group, Road and Bridge Group, and Gaolu Information. Except for the contractor's identity, project scope, project content, and project contract price, the terms of the four engineering contracts are the same.
