Wisdom Finance News APP, Wanlida (08482) announced that all the preconditions stipulated in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion of the placement (Completion) was implemented on October 21, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. A total of 29.9479 million shares of placement shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement) have been successfully placed at a placement price of HK$0.103 per share to not less than six placees.
