Guangzhou residential land sold at a minimum price of 8.05 billion yuan.

On November 10th, a residential land in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou was put up for auction. The land has a total area of 45,164.66 square meters and a planned construction area of 112,911 square meters, with a plot ratio of 2.5. The starting price was set at 805 million yuan, with a starting floor price of 7,130 yuan per square meter. In the end, Guangzhou Zengcheng District Dongjin Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd. won the bid for the land at the base price of 805 million yuan.
