Zhitaong Finance News, Minsheng Bank (01988.HK) announced that the bank received a reply from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on November 7, 2025 regarding the qualifications of Zheng Haiyang as a director of the bank (Jin Fu [2025] No. 633). The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Mr. Zheng Haiyang to serve as a director of the bank, and Mr. Zheng Haiyang will assume the position of non-executive director of the bank and member of the bank's Board Risk Management Committee starting from November 6, 2025.
