According to JD Asset Trading Platform, recently, Beijing Yangzi River Property Co., Ltd. won the property and land use rights of buildings on floors 4 to 24 at No. 92 Building on Jianguo Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, for 2.254 billion yuan. Yangzi River Property is indirectly owned in full by Yangzi River Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
