The issuance size of this bond is RMB 40 billion, with a fixed interest rate of 2.21% for the first 5 years, adjusted every 5 years, and conditional redemption rights for the issuer on each interest payment date after the 5th year. The proceeds from this bond issuance will be used to supplement the bank's other tier one capital in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
