Hesheng Silicon Industry announced that shareholder Fidelity Industrial Company holds 27.07 million shares, accounting for 2.29% of the total shares. Due to its own capital needs, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 27.07 million shares from November 14, 2025 to February 13, 2026. Among them, it plans to reduce holdings by no more than 11.82 million shares through centralized bidding, and by no more than 15.24 million shares through block trades.
