Public Solicitation of Opinions on Guidelines for Style management of Theme Investment in Publicly Raised Securities Investment Funds, Strictly Control the Style Drift and Excessive Concentration of Themed Funds
The Fund Industry Association has drafted the "Guidelines for Managing Investment Style of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds with a Theme", soliciting opinions from fund managers, and feedback is to be submitted before November 15th. The industry has criticized issues such as "style drift" and excessive investment concentration in some individual products in the past. The "Guidelines" specify requirements for contract agreements of theme investment funds, investment style management by fund managers, and investment style supervision by custodians, aiming to regulate the problem of style drift in theme investment funds and standardize the management and supervision of investment styles in theme investment funds.
