According to the data from the China Passenger Car Association, the retail sales of new energy passenger vehicles in October were 1.282 million units, a year-on-year increase of 7.3% but a decrease of 1.3% from the previous month; the cumulative retail sales from January to October reached 10.151 million units, an increase of 21.9%.
