Ministry of Commerce and four other departments: Adjusting the Management Catalogue of Chemicals Exported to Specific Countries (Regions) for Easy Production of Drugs.

The Wisdom Financial APP has learned that on November 10th, the Ministry of Commerce and five other departments issued a notice on adjusting the "List of Controlled Chemicals Exported to Specific Countries (Regions)" and the "List of Specific Countries (Regions)". The United States, Mexico, and Canada have been added to the "List of Specific Countries (Regions)" and 13 specific chemicals for the production of narcotics have been added for these three countries. From the date of the announcement, exports of the chemicals listed in the first part of the attachments to the above three countries must apply for a license in accordance with the "Interim Regulations on the Export of Controlled Chemicals to Specific Countries (Regions)", while exports to other countries do not require a license.
