Bolivian President appoints new Cabinet members.

Bolivia's newly appointed president, Rodrigo Pasc, appointed members of the new cabinet on the 9th and presided over the cabinet swearing-in ceremony. The new cabinet includes 14 members, such as Foreign Minister Fernando Hugo Aramayo, Presidential Chief of Staff Jos Luis Lupo, Interior Minister Marco Antonio Oviedo, Defense Minister Ral Marcelo Salinas, and Economy and Finance Minister Jos Gabriel Espinoza.
