Ministry of Commerce: Suspends anti-countermeasure measures against five related American subsidiaries of Hanwha Marine Corporation for one year.

According to the Wits Economic and Financial App, on November 10th, the Ministry of Commerce announced that the United States has decided to suspend the implementation of its Section 301 investigation measures on China's maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding industries for one year starting from November 10th, 2025 (Eastern Time in the U.S.). In response, in accordance with the laws and regulations such as the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China and the Implementation Regulations of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to suspend the measures related to the Ministry of Commerce's Decree No. 6 of 2025 (Decision on Countermeasures against five U.S. related subsidiaries of South China Sea Marine Co., Ltd.) for one year starting from November 10th, 2025 (Beijing Time).
