According to the WeChat official account "Liaoyuan People's Congress," on November 10, the 32nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress of Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, appointed Gao Fei as the Deputy Mayor of Liaoyuan City and decided to appoint Gao Fei as the Acting Mayor of Liaoyuan City. Previously, Gao Fei served as the Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Changbaishan Protection and Development Zone. In the public announcement of provincial cadres appointments released by the Jilin Provincial Committee Organization Department on October 31, Gao Fei was nominated as a candidate for the official position in the city government.
