Guangdong initiates level emergency response for strong winds.

According to the General Command of Flood Control, Drought Control and Wind Control of Guangdong Province, it has been learned that based on monitoring and forecast by the Guangdong Meteorological Department, Typhoon "Fenghuang" (Typhoon No. 26 of this year) has entered the South China Sea and is expected to have a significant impact on the waters of Guangdong Province in the coming days. In accordance with the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Drought Control, Wind Control, and Freeze Prevention in Guangdong Province" and relevant regulations of the Provincial General Command, the Provincial General Command has activated Level IV emergency response for wind control at 10:00 on November 10th.
