According to the QiChaCha app, Beijing Beijie New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Ren Dongqiang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes: research and development of new material technology; environmental consulting services; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots; and sales of electrical accessories. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Beijie New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shuangjie Electric, and Beijing Continuous Basalt Fiber Technology Co., Ltd.
