The Notice is based on the actual work of reducing the burden on teachers, focusing on key links and prominent issues, and putting forward eight measures such as strictly regulating document review, list management inspection, optimizing the "white list" system for social affairs entering campus, strictly controlling the borrowing and lending of teachers, streamlining data reporting, improving after-school service guarantees, improving monitoring and verification, and strengthening departmental work coordination.
