Tether-backed Rumble (RUM.US) is planning a full stock acquisition of Northern Data.

According to the Zhitong Financial APP, it has been learned from informed sources that video platform Rumble Inc. (RUM.US) is moving forward with an all-stock acquisition offer, intending to acquire the German data center company Northern Data AG. The valuation of the target company in this transaction is expected to be below its current market value of $894 million.
