Partial assets of Shanghai Jinjia Business Plaza will be auctioned off for a starting price of 382 million yuan in the second round of bidding.

The assets of the Jinjia Business Plaza project in Jiading District, Shanghai, failed to be auctioned for the second time. According to information from the judicial auction website, 91 sets of real estate including Building 1, Unit 202 in Lane 789, Tianzhu Road, Jiading District, Shanghai, Building 2, Buildings 3 to 11, and Building 12, as well as underground parking spaces 302-316 were auctioned today. The property where the auctioned items are located is named "Jinjia Business Plaza". As of 10:00 this morning, there were no bidders and the auction was unsuccessful. The assessed value of the auctioned items is 682.46 million yuan, and the starting price for this auction was 38.217 million yuan, approximately 56% of the assessed value.
