According to the Qichacha app, recently, Zhejiang Jianshui Zongheng Low Altitude Industry Co., Ltd. was established, with Ren Bin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of intelligent drones; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent drones; sales of electronic products, etc. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Zongheng Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Dapeng Zongheng UAV Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Airspace Integration Low Altitude Industry Development Co., Ltd.
