According to the Wisdom Finance and Economics app, on November 8th, Shaanxi Tourism Culture Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shaanxi Tourism) changed its IPO review status on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board to "submission of registration." CICC is its sponsoring institution, and it plans to raise 1.55 billion yuan.
