China's recyclable rocket "Zhuque-3" will make its maiden flight in mid to late November. Zhuque-3 is a rocket under the Blue Arrow Aerospace, established in 2015. According to Tianyancha data, the company's top five shareholders include Guangzhou Bilan Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Huai'an Tianhui Technology Information Consulting Center, Huai'an Blue Arrow Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Zhang Changwu, and GQC Xiangxiang Blue Arrow Investment Management Partnership Enterprise. Zhuque-3 is the world's first all-stainless steel liquid oxygen methane rocket, with a focus on reuse and future scalability. This design is similar to SpaceX's "Starship" in terms of technology. In terms of launch costs, Zhuque-3 is comparable to Falcon 9, aiming to reduce costs to less than 20,000 yuan per kilogram, which is basically equivalent to Falcon 9.
