The data shows that from January to September this year, the operating income of Zhejiang's artificial intelligence core industry reached 494.4 billion yuan, an increase of 22% compared to the previous year. Research and development expenses were 39 billion yuan, a 14% increase. Computing power is the cornerstone of AI development. Zhejiang's total computing power has exceeded 150 Eflops, ranking among the top in the country, and providing users with 100 hours of free cloud computing power through the MoDa Community. In terms of data, Zhejiang has been approved as a national comprehensive test area for data elements, with its public data openness index ranking among the top in the country for 6 consecutive years. A unified public data open platform has been established in the province, with over 42,000 open data items and 118 signed scene authorization agreements. In terms of key technological innovation, as of September this year, Zhejiang has had 50 models approved by the National Internet Information Office, with models like DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud Qwen entering the top ten globally in the Artificial Analysis rankings, and their model capabilities consistently ranking in the top global tier.
