Recently, the first national "three certificate synergy" registration platform officially went online in Hangzhou. Zhejiang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in Xihu District is the first pilot company to synchronize its core "high-definition real-time video data of film, television, and tourism" and complete the registration of data assets, data property rights, and data intellectual property rights, successfully obtaining the "three certificates". It has become the first private cultural and creative enterprise in Hangzhou to complete the registration of data asset ownership. This marks that the data resources in the hands of enterprises have officially entered a new stage of assets that are "valuable, tradable, and financible".
