Among them, the sales of lamb rolls have seen a more significant increase. Some merchants have stated that they can sell one to two thousand kilograms of lamb rolls in a day, which is double the amount from the previous period. According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, in the first week of November, the national price of lamb meat was 70.98 yuan per kilogram, with a 0.3% increase compared to the previous month and a 1.6% increase compared to the same period last year. This marks the third consecutive week of price increases.
