General Administration of Customs: Abolition of the Announcement on the Declaration Requirements of Commodity Numbers for Single-mode Optical Fibers with Relevant Cutoff Wavelength Shifts

General Administration of Customs Announcement: According to the Ministry of Commerce Announcement No. 71 of 2025, starting from November 10, 2025, the current anti-dumping duty rate on imported non-dispersion-shifted single-mode optical fibers originating from the United States will no longer be applicable to imported related cut-off wavelength shifted single-mode optical fibers originating from the United States. The General Administration of Customs has decided to repeal Announcement No. 180 of 2025. Starting from November 10, 2025, the consignee or agent of imported goods, when declaring imported related cut-off wavelength shifted single-mode optical fibers originating from the United States, should fill in the commodity number as 90011000.90. This announcement shall come into effect on November 10, 2025.
