Ocean Group (01991) sells 60% equity in its subsidiary East Shack Limited.

The Intelligent Financial News APP reported that Oceanwide Holdings (01991) announced that on November 20, 2024, a subsidiary of the group, WTS 2020 Limited (seller), sold 60% of the issued share capital of the target company (East Shack Limited) to New Vision International Ltd (buyer) for a consideration of 313,400 (approximately HK$3.15 million). The sale was completed shortly after the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement.
