The Zhongtong Financial News APP reported that Gaosheng Group Holdings (01283.HK) announced that it has completed the acquisition of 20% of the equity of Deheng Construction Development Co., Ltd. on November 7, 2025, and issued and circulated 15 million new shares to the seller at a price of 1.4 Hong Kong dollars per share to pay part of the consideration.
