Zhu Hexin meets with Han Liang, Chairman and CEO of Daofu Group.

On November 5, 2025, Zhu Hexin, Vice Governor of the People's Bank of China and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, met with a visiting delegation led by Han Linuo, Chairman and CEO of the American DowFu Group. The two sides exchanged views on current macroeconomic and financial situations, as well as global and Chinese investment opportunities. Li Hongyan, Deputy Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, accompanied the meeting.
