(referred to as "Zhuhai Penghui") recently signed the "Jinshi Fengying (Qingdao) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" and invested in Jinshi Fengying (Qingdao) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Jinshi Fengying"). After this investment is completed, the total amount of capital subscribed by Jinshi Fengying is 1 billion yuan, and Zhuhai Penghui subscribes 30 million yuan, with a subscription ratio of 3%.
