San Bei Shuo: Qi Hou assets acquired 13.8 million shares of the company.

Sanpo Shuo announced that the shareholder J.LU INVESTMENTS LLC, holding more than 5% of the shares, signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement" with Qihou Assets. J.LU intends to transfer 13.8 million shares, accounting for 5.66% of the total share capital of the company, at a transfer price of 13.95 yuan/share, for a total price of 193 million yuan. Qihou Assets promises not to reduce the transferred shares within 12 months from the registration date. This transfer still requires regulatory confirmation from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
