On November 7th, the Fujian Banking Regulatory Bureau issued a "Reply on the Quanzhou Bank's Capital Supplementary Tool Plan Issuance Quota," approving Quanzhou Bank to issue capital supplementary tools not exceeding 2 billion yuan.
