Shunluo Electronics: Plaintiffs in Five Cases of Infringement of Invention Patent Rights Have Withdrawn their Lawsuits

Shunluo Electronics announcement stated that Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. had previously filed five lawsuits against the company and others with the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court on the grounds of infringement of invention patent rights. The company received a "Civil Order" delivered by the court on November 6, 2025, stating that the plaintiffs in cases No. 133, 134, and 135 of Hu73 Zhi Min Chu had withdrawn their complaints, and the plaintiffs in the previous cases No. 136 and 137 had also withdrawn their complaints. The court fees for each case were 50 yuan, reduced to 25 yuan to be borne by the plaintiffs. As of the date of the announcement, all five cases have been withdrawn and will not have any adverse impact on the company's production, operation, or profit.
